This fully refurbished, renewed, and extended detached property was transformed by Hoad & Boyd from the ground up. We stripped the home back to its core to install all-new electrics and a state-of-the-art heat pump heating system, followed by a complete refurbishment of the existing structure. The project also included the construction of a bespoke double-storey extension. All windows, doors, and joinery were handcrafted in our Kent countryside workshop, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship throughout.
